T R has a long history of buying Software, killing it, just for the customer list.

For a number of years I used a good program called Accountware for business entity tax returns.

I was also using a good payroll program called Protym for payroll processing.

They were both purchased by Creative Solutions and killed.

They give you an option to convert to their programs with a discount.

So true. Years ago used a tax program, believe it was Tax Shop or maybe Digitax. Bought out by whoever Creative Solutions is. That first year they offered me software at an outrageous price. Of course I went elsewhere. Can't remember if that was the year I found ATX or not.

Taxworks users will NOT like TR pricing unless a special deal is given to them. I have a feeling Drake's phones will be ringing off the hook this fall!
