Form 8582 crashing software

Since updating to ver 12.13, when I open a return that has form 8582 in it, the software crashes. I have searched everywhere and cannot find an answer on this. Anyone having the same issue? I am running the program stand alone - using windows XP.

You probably have a corrupt form. Try using the replace forms in return feature in the return manager.
