Just got an email from ATX this morning informing me that Update 12.12 is here! Hey, thanks for letting me know a week after it has already been out! Not that I am going to download it after reading about all of the problems others have had with it.

And on another note, client with a W2 and a Sch C-EZ won't open....rebooted software 3 times and the computer 2 times....just keeps scrolling......I am a total idiot for thinking that by staying with it that things would have to get better. I should have sucked it up and converted and learned a new program a month ago.

I would say it is too late to change now/ Bear with it and you'll get through it. Then after season you can start looking for alternatives for next year.

What version of the software do you have

I think you may need to re-download the forms in that return.

There is a new form re-download option in v 12.10 and later.

I am already thinking about which program to switch to. I am concerned no one will have a program that will convert this mess and we will have to re-key everything we did this tax season.
