GeorgeM Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 I have just printed my first return, and noticed that in the billing invoice the options page prints, in the client letter both federal and state the options page and other pages that I don't want print. How do I stop them from printing. I went into preferences but not there. Quote

How do I stop them from printing. I went into preferences but not there. The only way I know to correct the situation is in the Print Manager on a per return basis. Press the expand button and uncheck the items you don't wish to print. I've used the program for a number of years and have never figured out how change this on a global basis. Gene Quote
kcjenkins Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 On the top of the Options page there is a box to check for 'print this worksheet'. Make sure that that is not checked in your master form. Same thing in the billing form. When you put in the billing amount, make sure that box is unchecked, and you will not need to remove it in the printing process. Quote
