Pacun Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 I was looking for 1099-K input sheet and I din't see it. I would like to report it separately like a regular 1099 form, should I use the 1099-misc input form? Client is a sole propriator filing schedule C. Quote
ILLMAS Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 That was one of hold up of forms, IRS had to remove merchant services line from forms, just make sure 1099-K amounts are reported on the Sch C., I am not aware that it has to be entered as a 1099? Quote
kcjenkins Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 I would just put it on a line of the 'other' as "1099-K" Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 I would not put it on at all. No requirement whatsoever. IRS pulled the plug on the requirement to put it on the forms last year. Quote
