mgtbs Posted March 18, 2013 Report Posted March 18, 2013 In both the Return Manager and E-File Manager I have to completely shut down and reboot the software to see any rolled over returns or any create e-file returns (or change in status for that matter). Any fix for this available? It takes an extra 2 hours per day (I timed it) for me to see what was easy to accomplish before this new version was dumped on us. Quote

joelgilb Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 None, when this happens your only solution is to exit and restart ATX. This is because the DB grabs all your PC's reseources and then doesn't even have any remaining resources to run its own modules. Shutting down ATX and restarting clears these resources. In some cases you may even need to reboot your entire system.I close the program every hour. I reboot the entire system every 3 hours. This seems to lessen (not stop) the resources issue. Quote
