mrichman333 Posted March 16, 2013 Report Posted March 16, 2013 I know the answer to this but want to confirm it. The local college calls full time 12 credits per semester. If a kid take one semester per year with twelve credits does that make him full time? The “during some part of each of any 5 calendar months of the year” is a bit wordy for me Especially the “of each of any” Quote
Lion EA Posted March 16, 2013 Report Posted March 16, 2013 Just means that even if the semester starts after the beginning of January and ends early in May, he was still a student for any part of each of five months. Lawyers write this stuff, right? Quote
kcjenkins Posted March 16, 2013 Report Posted March 16, 2013 Lion is right, it's written that way so that even if the semester starts on Jan 20, and ends on May 3, it counts as 5 months. Quote
