MDCPA Posted March 14, 2013 Report Posted March 14, 2013 I sent the following email to ATX: "How do I access the board? I am logged in under client ID xxxxxx. My user name is ADMIN and my password is xxxxxxx. Once logged in - I click on ATX communities at the top - I get the following: Welcome to the ATX Communities Discussion Group! Share information, answers and tips with your fellow ATX Users on these discussion boards. Your Community Board Name is MDCPA. When I click on "Go to ATX Communities button" - it takes me to the MY ATX Solutions Center. From here I click on community board it takes me right back to the support center: ATX Communities Welcome to the ATX Communities Discussion Group! Share information, answers and tips with your fellow ATX Users on these discussion boards. Your Community Board Name is MDCPA. HELP - thanks." It is a circular mess - any ideas - oh yeah - they haven't gotten back to me! Quote
NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted March 14, 2013 Report Posted March 14, 2013 I had this problem for ages. I added admin to my user name and it works well now. Tech support had to help me out this summer. It took three people to figure it out. Quote
mcb39 Posted March 14, 2013 Report Posted March 14, 2013 I keep it in Favorites so I just bounce over there when I feel like it. It bypasses logging in to the main page every time. Been doing that for about three years. 1 Quote
