Qualified Domestic Production activities question

Where do codes Q and R for line 12 of the K1 pull from? I need to remove them and can't find my way back to where they were input. The jump to arrow leads me to a statement that can't be changed and doesn't jumpt to anywhere else.

If I remember correctly.. It comes from the K1-input detail or something like that.. I'm not near the program to look.
