HELP please! wisconsin corporate returns all got rejected

anywhere to find an explanation of why? i assume it's a software glitch, please let me know what to do.

will probably have to send in federal extensions for all these 1120 and 1120S returns even though they were all accepted on the federal?

You did not have the WI e-file Info form in the return because it does not exist yet. File the Federal alone and wait for the WI e-file form to become available. It is the same for Partnerships. I read somewhere that WI was extending the time to file Wi S Corps because the needed form was not ready.

i had the info form in the return, the corporate and s-corporate info sheet was released. without the info sheet i wouldn't even have been allowed to e-file wisconsin, and get it rejected.
