imjulier Posted March 2, 2013 Report Posted March 2, 2013 I can't seem to find it this year, not in the ES form and not in the client letter. Anyone know where this is?Thanks,Julie Quote
imjulier Posted March 3, 2013 Author Report Posted March 3, 2013 Hmmm, I just figured out how to attach letters....all mine have been rolling over with the letters already in them. Not intuitive, thats for sure. Quote
TAXMAN Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 I can't figure out how to print the mailing slip for Federal Balance due for the 1040-v form. It used to be at the bottom of the screen. Anyone know how? Quote
Dan Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 I find my Federal and State Estimate letters according to steps below: 1. In a return I click on Forms 2. I then click on client letter which takes me to the client communication manager 3. In there I see the Federal Estimate letter and the State Estimate letter 4. In the Client Communication manager click on the word attach and you will be able to check the client letters you want to attach to the return and the templates you want to attach. Quote
Dan Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 I also see from the return manager 1. Click on preferences 2. Click on client communication where you can select what you want to include in the return 3. Click on print and you see under print letters the client letter, the estimate voucher cover sheets and voucher letters 4. You also see mailing slip options portrait and landscape Quote
jainen Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 >>rolling over with the letters<< Someday the lawyers are going to make us put disclaimers so we don't get sued when our client says the IRA distribution was a rollover (but he never actually put the money back), so we calculated his ES estimates with gross incompetence.
