windmill Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 I have two state returns with the rejected status, but the efile center shows "rehang". On the first time, I recreated the efile and transmitted, and now both state returns are rejected again. Does this mean that ATX will resubmit or do I submit? Quote
RitaB Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 That's a good question, but my accepted returns say "rehang", so I'm sure you'll have to correct an error and resubmit. If you have on error. No clue what rehang means, although I'm sure some of us can would like to hang some people at this point. I have an AL NR return that keeps rejecting and the error it tells me is not an error. I don't know where the problem is, and I am about to the point where I'm gonna have them mail the return. The efficiency of e-file is long gone after two rejects. Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 The "rehang" button is to put the ack back in the system for your computer to read again. It will NOT change the return or resubmit it. It is only to make sure your computer info matches ATX information. Quote

I'm sorry, I am so tired... Quote
