Sch J (1040) Capital Gain Tax Worksheet for 2012

Where do you find Sch J (1040) Capital Gain Tax Worksheet for 2012? In the 2012 instructions for Schedule J and line 4 it talkes about various worksheets but I can't find the worksheet needed. I know there is a worksheet in the ATX program but where is it in IRS material. What publication has the worksheet?

Is Schedule J "Income Averging for Farmers and Fishermen" working correctly?

They are referring to the capital gains worskheets from the preceeding years, if there was one. These would be found in the records of the previous years' returns.
