Eric, I sign out when leaving the forum, but when I return, I'm already signed in. I like to click on view new content, but I keep getting a long list of topics I've already reviewed. I've looked all around at settings but can't seem to find why I'm not staying signed out. I would like to sign in, and view only the topics since my last visit.

If I sign out and come back soon, I'm signed out and have to sign back in. But if I don't come back for a while, I'm already signed in. Strange. Just recently started happening.

Don't know about the sign-out issue, I selected the option to stay signed in. But on the unreviewed posts, if you have read them they go gray, BUT if a new post is added, then they show black again But if you click in the dot in front, it will show you only the new posts since your last view.

I don't know about the sign-out issue either. That sounds to me like the browser is remembering your details and logging you in automatically. You'll probably have to delete your cache and any cookies for this site to make it stop doing that. To test to see whether it's a browser thing, you can try logging in with a different browser (for example, if you're using Firefox, try logging in with Internet Explorer or Chrome to see if that same behavior persists)

Whether you're logged in or not shouldn't affect the View New Content feature, however.

If you go to the View New Content page, and view one of the topics listed (going to the last page of the thread) and then come back to the View New Content page, is that thread still listed, or does it disappear from the list?
