Look for the form called "fixed assets" since that is the new name given this year.

Mine works from the add new forms, highlites and opens both the 4562 and fixed assets.

No "jump to" depreciation on schedule E so far.

Hope you don't have corrupt forms.

Does 4562 open in other returns? If not check out the 1st thread in software issues...

I have a client that is using the stand mile and each time I click on the "bunny", I only get the vehicle page and no matter what I do, I don't find "fix asset" anywhere.

Do you have a lot of forms open? I opened a return with a lot of file, clicked on the 4562 and it said at the top 'enter assets on Fixed Assets' but I did not see the Fixed Assets page. Finally I scrolled down all the forms, and discovered it at the very bottom, below all the state forms!

Yes, that is where it is. Almost always way at the bottom of the (sometimes) long, long list of forms. I am not a "happy" tax preparer today. Will try to be a nicer person tomorrow.

Someone solved this issue for me. I discarded form 4562 and then I saved and close the client. Then I opened it back and invoked form 4562 and then "fixed asset" showed again.
