gfizer Posted February 18, 2013 Report Posted February 18, 2013 The state of Kentucky requires a copy of the Federal Form 4562 to be attached to the Kentucky e-file. Everytime I attempt to print the 4562 to PDF so I can attach it it says "0 pages printed" and I get nothing. I've changed the print options on the 4562 to "always print" and I've changed my print packets preferences to "always" and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas? Quote
