carolynm Posted February 17, 2013 Report Posted February 17, 2013 I can't for the life of me get the asset detail or asset by classification schedules to print-I've tried printing them by themselves, with the 4562 etc but no go. It's a pet peeve of mine when tax preparers don't attach the depreciation schedule so I don't want to leave it out. Anyone have any luck printing it? Quote
joanmcq Posted February 17, 2013 Report Posted February 17, 2013 Me too. Did you try page print? Quote
carolynm Posted February 17, 2013 Author Report Posted February 17, 2013 I did get it to print using page print-but that'll be an absolute pain in the derriere if I have to do that all the time. I send 99% of my clients their return in a pdf file. For the one I just did I used page print to a file and then combined files...there has to be an easier way... Quote
North Idaho Rich Posted February 17, 2013 Report Posted February 17, 2013 Mine shows up in the print manager when I click on the arrow in front of 4562 under Federal Forms. It expands to show pg1, p2, tax classification, detail report, etc. That's how I print mine. Hate the detail report because it flows to 2 pages... Quote
Randall Posted February 17, 2013 Report Posted February 17, 2013 On the print options tab under 4562 form, when I only had the regular depreciation tagged to print, I couldn't get them to print. But when I tagged the AMT and Next year, etc (all the items) to print, it did print. Not sure why it wouldn't print the other way. Not sure if that's the same as your problem. Quote
jhtcpa Posted February 19, 2013 Report Posted February 19, 2013 We are experiencing the same issue - any help would be greatly appreciated! Quote
Maribeth Posted February 19, 2013 Report Posted February 19, 2013 Have you set up your print packets so that the 4562 & depreciation schedules always print?Maribeth Quote
Randall Posted February 20, 2013 Report Posted February 20, 2013 The print menu has a lot of quirkiness. Still haven't figured it all out. Whew. Quote
