ATLcpa Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 I decided to wait until Sat morning Feb 16 to install 12.8 update, but it simply won't load. I'm running Windows 7. I downloaded directly from the website. Everything seems to install ok on screen. But then nothing changes. Still says Version 12.7 under Control Panel. And this is just the latest problem I've had. I had hoped the program update would fix all the bugs I have experienced so far this year, but ATX 2012 is junk. Why did they have to change the software this year??!!!! I'm hoping to get through this tax season with it by some miracle. But I'm definitely going to shop around for next year. Quote
