FLORIDA TAX MAN Posted February 15, 2013 Report Posted February 15, 2013 I have stand alone WP SP3. The return was closed after creating efile (they say open file is a problem) The return is not marked Complete (they say thats a problem) It goes thru the steps of contacting ATX EFC, verifying everything ok and gets to sending client efiles, sits there a short while and says "An error prevented this efile from being transmitted" (paraphasing here). Has anyone had a similar problem and found a solution to fix this crap ?? Calling ATX is not happening...it hangs up. Quote
