Gail in Virginia Posted February 14, 2013 Report Posted February 14, 2013 Have you checked the ATX efile site to see if their information is any different than what you are showing? Or under Support, Customer Service Utilities, Synchronize E-File info with EFC. This sometimes clears up problems with returns being accepted but it not coming through to the software. Quote
