efile and rollover

anybody that can help. Please. Have installed on server. Ran netsetup on 2 workstations running Win 7 and xp. Problem is rollover return and it will not show up in return manager untill exit and reenter. I have same problem in Efile. Create Efile it will not show up in efile manager untill I exit and reenter. Upon getting ACKs status in efile will not change unless I exit and reenter.

Create efile. exit to see it in efile manager as created. Send efile. exit program. reenter to see that it was transmitted. Get acks. Exit and reenter to see accepted. Then do same process all over for State retun.

I could sure use some help if anybody els had problem and what did you do?

checked all kbs and nothing seems to meet or helped my problem.
