It's Saturday afternoon, and I can't get support to go any further than saying they moderating the flow of incoming calls. I need to work tomorrow, but can't open 2011, and can't roll any forms over. Help!!

After being on the line with customer care today for over 2 hours, my associate needed to call them and got the same moderating message. She tried several times with no luck. Sounds like it's Beerthirty back there!
