2011 has been working, opening to check on things, rollover has been good. Today I get a message that says "The database is being optimized. Please try starting the program again. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service" I have tried opening the program several times, restarted the computer, nothing has worked. Customer service will probably be a 2 hour hold. Has anyone experienced this, if so can I fix, or do I have to go to customer service?

I'm not. Seems like this happened when the program was updated. Up to this point, speed was my biggest complaint. Nothing compared to not being able to work.
