Marie Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 2011 has been working, opening to check on things, rollover has been good. Today I get a message that says "The database is being optimized. Please try starting the program again. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service" I have tried opening the program several times, restarted the computer, nothing has worked. Customer service will probably be a 2 hour hold. Has anyone experienced this, if so can I fix, or do I have to go to customer service? Quote
Gail in Virginia Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 It sounds like the database has gotten corrupted somehow. I think there are instructions in the knoweldgebase for how to fix this if you are comfortable trying it on your own. Quote
