ILLMAS Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 Do you usually remove forms not in use for the current year? I have a client that had the energy credit for 2011, in 2012 it's giving me a error that the form is not available for e-file, they took the max credit and would make a difference in 2012, I should have no problem deleting the form? rfassett Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 I try to clean up every return I do. Makes next year's rollover smoother and takes less time to load if I need to re-open it and it takes less digital space. Quote

gfizer Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 I always remove forms from the previous year that are not going to be used in the current year's return. Don't like all those pesky form tabs taking up space and I despise wasting paper printing blank forms if I forget to uncheck the print boxes! 1 Quote
