I got my first batch of checks yesterday, but i cant print the checks.

I have contacted 3fund and they said is a ATX issue. I am now waiting on the phone for ATX tech support to answer ....2 hours and 50 minutes..and counting ...

I don't do bank products at all, so I may not be of any help. However, I noticed that the check number is 0, and I would not think that was allowed. Also, the last update (12.7) has to do with print issues. Have you downloaded and installed that? If neither of these is the problem, maybe someone else will chime in soon.

I use bank products and you have to enter the range of check numbers in the check log. The program automatically chooses the next check up for printing and counts them thru until last one as you print subsequent checks.
