thehoss813 Posted February 7, 2013 Report Posted February 7, 2013 Ever since I updated paperplus I get an 'unexpected error' and it won't open. Customer service is a nightmare. Everytime I call them it's a more than 1 hour wait. I hang up after about 2-3 hours. During the tax season I don't have the time to stay on the phone as I am a one man operation. Anybody got any ideas? Quote
needmoreupdate Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 Go into paperless folder and look for log sub folder. Post the most recent log if you can. Quote
