I thought in between clients, that since it takes so long to do tasks within this program still, that I would just roll over all the the clients from last year that I am seeing on Monday. Did that on Thursday for clients I am seeing today, no problems other than taking 5 minutes on average. So today I go to Rollover Manager, and absolutely no returns show up and any diagnostics say there is nothing to roll! 628 returns last year and none of them show up!!

I am going to re-boot the program and hope it will let me open up my 1:00 client in time for their appt., but has anyone had this happen all of a sudden?
