Client Letter ( Again )

Beginning to get the hang of the client letter with one exception.

I can get the Federal and State letters to combine as requested and have the paragraphs desired and in the right place but the problem is with the state component.

Even though the retrun will be e-filed it still says " enclosed you will find two copies of the return ... mail to, etc." I have tried checking and un-checcking the box " Let ATX decide" but still comes up with the same verbage.

I'm sure I'm doing something incorrectly so any help would be appreciaated.

This is the same problem I have encountered and just decided to print 2 letters. At first I thought it was because the state was held until the federal acceptance and the coding took only the first shot at it. Long ago they could not be combined so I just sigh and carry on.

I have gotten it to DD the state refund a couple of times, but don't ask me how. Am just crossing fingers and hoping clients don't actually read the letter.
