tughilltaxlady Posted February 7, 2013 Report Posted February 7, 2013 I STILL have not gotten any approvals back from NY. Is anyone getting any with any software?? I'm wondering if the problem is with NY or with ATX. Quote
Don in Upstate NY Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 I've only filed three to date, and have acceptances on two of them. Looks like 3-5 days after federal acceptance. (TaxAct) Quote
Terry O Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 I have had EVERY NYS return rejected - -between 3-5 days after IRS acceptance!!! I saw that there was a small "glitch" in the program ( YA THINK???) and just refile. Sooooooooooooo I did - - -it takes 10 minutes to open recompute & efile each return - - with luck I can get through 3-4 returns before the program crashes & I have to do a total reboot. Sooooooo - -here I sit - -spending an hr every morning - -just trying to correct the "glitches" of last night. :wall: :wall: :wall: Quote
Lion EA Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 eFile of New York State Individual Returns Dear ProSystem fx Customer: The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance (DTF) is issuing rejects R0147 and R0148 for "invalid prime signature" and "invalid spouse signature" for all electronically filed individual tax returns. This is due to an incorrect setting in their program. A correction is being made by the New York DTF, anticipated to be available by Wednesday morning, February 13, 2013. Until the correction is made, New York returns cannot be uploaded. We plan to resubmit any New York rejected returns and restore upload capability when the New York DTF resolves their issue. This issue has no effect on the federal returns. Online self-service help is now available. Find answers to your CCH questions in our Knowledge Base at http://support.cch.com/answers/.
