I have checked everything many times and I cant find any mistakes. Customer service hold times are over an hour all the time. what is going on? This is unbelievable. Help please. Quote
jklcpa Posted February 2, 2013 Report Posted February 2, 2013 Several people have posted that this happens when you still have the return open and are trying to transmit. I haven't had that, only from what I've seen others have posted on the official forum. Try closing the return and try to resend. 1 Quote
