jonbouthilet Posted January 30, 2013 Report Posted January 30, 2013 I'm having this same issue and cannot get a hold of ATX. I called once yesterday with over an hour wait time. I tried calling today and got a busy signal. We are also having the same issue when the e-file is created; it won't show up in the e-file manager until the program is restarted. Does anyone have a way to resolve these issues? Quote
HV Ken Posted January 30, 2013 Report Posted January 30, 2013 I was able to talk to someone about this issue. There are two choices until a fix is provided: 1) Wait for it to appear 2) Exit and re-Enter I got the impression that this is another of the performance issues they are dealing with and will be resolved soon. joanmcq Posted January 30, 2013 Report Posted January 30, 2013 On my returns it takes a second to show. When I open the rollover manager, at first there are no returns there, but in a few seconds they all appear. although my heart skips a beat at first when I see nothing. Quote
