Return Cover Sheet Customization

I know someone posted somewhere within this forum (or the other ATX forum), on how to customize the cover sheet to state "Federal/ State Returns", but for the life of me I cannot locate the thread. It had been easy in past years with the protect/unprotect feature. Please if anyone knows how this can be done, please post again. So tired of struggling with this program this year. Thank you in advance.

I don't think you can customize the cover sheet that I know of.

The only other way I may suggest is to use Blank Template and customize it.

You can customize the Master forms. The difficulty with the cover sheet is that if it isn't associated with a return, it's blank. But you can see the cells, and delete the info on the left and type in your info in the centered cells. The cells for the center print are still there.

I tried the customization, but didn't delete the stuff on the left, so it doesn't work yet. I'm a bit nervous about messing with forms right now, and I don't have anything to mail yet.
