When are taxes due for a farmer with estimated taxes

In the past, a farmer could file his return and pay his tax by March 1.

Since congress was slow in getting the law pass, has the IRS extened the time to file and pay the tax? In the instructions, I still see the same day of March 1

Where does it say they have extended the time for this? If you knw where can you give me a link to the site? Thanks!
