I just saw that. After the time and money I paid for a study course, took the test, (and passed).Paid for the test! I am realy mad. My husband kept saying after seeinr the number of people that were putting off this that there would not be enough people to pass and fill tax returns. Again , MAD!

Well, that's a fine how-do-ya-do!

I put off taking the RTRP exam, with the intention of taking it sometime in the next few months, on the premise that my mind would be clicking away in full-gear while working the season. (I'm sure that sounds weird to some.)

Now feeling oddly disappointed that that alphabet soup might not follow my name. Hmph!

Its not the last hurrah. IMHO, the decision is flawed; if it stands, most of Circular 230 is moot for all of us to follow the judge's basis for the opinion.
