They said this year we were going to experience an "exellent customer support" service. Last year I just went on Prep. Manager Options and Security In Security Manager this year, after entering a user ID and the password the "OK" option is not highlighted the only way to continue is "Cancel". My program is installed in a Stand-alone computer. I know this is a "piece of cake" for most of you in this forum, but I can not get it this year. Thank for any help. Lucho Quote
