Community downtime - forum upgrade

I apologize for the downtime this morning. I was going to wait until after tax season to install the latest round of forum software upgrades, but a security vulnerability was found making an immediate update necessary.

No huge changes in the new version, mostly enhancements to the post editor and a new feature I haven't enabled yet that allows people to vote on/choose the best answer to a question asked. (Kind of like Yahoo! Answers) If you guys are interested in seeing that enabled to test it out, let me know.
