I received a postcard from CCH offering their Taxwise Power package for $995 and the price is locked in for 3 years. Anybody else receive that offer? Anybody who has used Taxwise Power? Is it like ATX basic??

Also a friend of mine mentioned that a company called SureFile Taxes (must be a sales agent) has a price lower than $995. Is it the same software?

I think a good rule of thumb would be to buy your tax software directly from the company rather than through a third party. Just my humble opinion.

Paper file? We are required to efile.

I believe only large corporations are forced to e-file 1120. Form 1065 and 1120s could be paper filed in 2012. i am not sure if the rules changed with MeF.
