2012 Organizer (does not appear)

I have a PC and a laptop, both have ATX 2011 on it, on my PC I am able to see the 2012 organizer, but on my laptop I cannot see find, it only shows 2011 organizer? I did a manual update on the laptop, restarted it and no luck. They are not network, I use the laptop to enter client info when on the field, then import to the PC, but I want to use my laptop to start printing organizer.

Sounds like a good reason to call Support. They should be able to find the problem, and fixing that now reduces the chance that you will have a problem with the 12 program.
