NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted December 6, 2012 Report Posted December 6, 2012 A client just sent me the information for 1099's that she should have filed for 2011. I prepared them with ATX and transmitted them. Does anyone know if they go in the same method as 941's or will they just sit there and not be acknowledged because the e-file system is shut down? I tried to check IRS'GOV, but I couldn't find an answer on if they were submitted through FIRE or not. ATX didn't kick them back yet. Thanks. Bonnie Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted December 6, 2012 Report Posted December 6, 2012 Too late for any e-file. Paper file all, until Jan when e-file starts again. Quote
NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted December 6, 2012 Author Report Posted December 6, 2012 Thanks. I just thought that I would ask, because I am able to e-file fiscal corporation returns and extensions through December and they have been accepted. Quote
