Booger Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 It seems OH 1040 - IT is not available yet for downloading. What other form can I use? The Ohio IT-1040 IS Available. Are you looking for the Individual Ohio Income Tax Return? Booger Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 The IT-1040 for Ohio is not yet approved for Paper Filing. It can be e-filed with no problem. If you need one to mail, http://dw.ohio.gov/tax/documents/forms/ohi...40_2007_SFI.pdf ATX must get approval from the State of Ohio for the mail in form. E-file only sends the data, so the form is not important. Ohio is historically slow in its approval process. Quote

Jack from Ohio Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 Yes...I have printed and e-filed several....although getting an Ohio ACK is proving troublesome At the firm I work at during the day, our first e-file Jan 14, the client received BOTH of her refunds yesterday. So the returns must be getting to Ohio. Quote
