MAMalody Posted September 28, 2012 Report Posted September 28, 2012 How do you get a copy of a 2010 941? Form 4506-T doesn't seem to fit. Quote
Lynn EA USTCP in Louisiana Posted September 28, 2012 Report Posted September 28, 2012 Request one via e-services. have to have a POA. Or call PPS and ask them to fax it to you. Lynn Jacobs, EA Kenner, LA Quote
Max W Posted September 28, 2012 Report Posted September 28, 2012 Yes, either a POA 2848 or an 8821. Quote
MAMalody Posted September 28, 2012 Author Report Posted September 28, 2012 The 941 request is for a non-client. I simply received an e-mail with a question in it and suggested the 4506-T. The 941 is not listed on that form. I am trying to redeam myself. To be honest I would prefer not to ask them for a POA. Is there an alternate request method available to me. I guess they could send a letter requesting the transcript. Quote
Tax Prep by Deb Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 I have put the responsibility back on them by looking up the address of their closest IRS office and explained to them to go there and ask for the transcript. This has saved me a whole lot of time and frustration and most clients appreciate knowing that they can go to these offices and get what they need right there on the spot. Deb! Quote
