Philip1117 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 Just purchased the client accouting suite with payroll. Use MAX for tax software. My comment is that it seems complicated to get into the payroll side of things. Anyone done it recently that wants to share. I purchased a tax practice and got a bookeeping business with it. The old owner stayed on. I wanted to utilize ATX to get one system in place. Any pointers helpful. Phil Quote
rfassett Posted April 25, 2012 Report Posted April 25, 2012 Do ATX's tutorial webinars. My office has been using cwu and payroll for three or four years. It is not as cumbersome as it would initially appear, but, again, cut down on the learning curve, don't cheat yourself or your staff, do the webinars. Quote
Philip1117 Posted April 25, 2012 Author Report Posted April 25, 2012 I have the one they make you buy with the software. Which other ones do you recommend. Phil Quote
rfassett Posted April 25, 2012 Report Posted April 25, 2012 I am going from memory here but I believe there was a separate course for each module. And even though I did not think I needed this one or that one, I did have my staff as well as myself do them all. And looking back, it was NOT a waste of time. Quote
