ljwalters Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Death and taxes I was watching the news Sunday evening and they were interviewing a woman in, I think it was Oklahoma. She was a survivor of the latest tornadoes. She said her whole house was gone, EXCEPT for her office in home. She is a tax preparer. She said she didn’t lose any of her client’s tax returns. (Or her hard work). Now tell me the IRS doesn’t have that good of connections? 2 Quote

Actually, to the tax preparer that is pretty HUGE; since most of us have been living in our offices for several months now. I couldn't even find a spot on my floor to lie down right now. Tornadoes and loss are not funny, but I guess if I had to choose which part of my house to save right now, it would be the home office, hands down. Quote
