joanmcq Posted March 28, 2012 Report Posted March 28, 2012 I can't get into My ATX either through the program or by entering www.myatx.com Anyone know what's up? I get this runntime error: Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off". <!-- Web.Config Configuration File --> <configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="Off"/> </system.web> </configuration> Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL. <!-- Web.Config Configuration File --> <configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/> </system.web> </configuration> Quote
Margaret CPA in OH Posted March 28, 2012 Report Posted March 28, 2012 Clearly it is the phase of the moon and the alignment of the stars in your neighborhood - or somesuch - I got right in. Can I help with something? Quote

Gail in Virginia Posted March 28, 2012 Report Posted March 28, 2012 Could it be the settings in your security software? Has anything changed on your computer since the last time you accessed the site? Quote
joanmcq Posted March 28, 2012 Author Report Posted March 28, 2012 spent an hour yesterday with tex upport (remember him?) and while they were determining my SIMPLE problem required an override, she helped me reset my browser. After I posted, I got in with Chrome just fine. Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted March 28, 2012 Report Posted March 28, 2012 It is a website issue. I still cannot get in with Windows7 and IE9. Showed the error to my son, (a software and website engineer) and his immediate response was... "They need to fix their website." Don't count on it being fixed. I use my old computer with XP and IE8 and have zero issues. ATX needs to get some higher quality website people. Been a problem for at least 6 weeks. The error message is for the webmaster. It says that the information to identify the specific problem is locked and can only be accesed by approved personell. Quote
joanmcq Posted March 28, 2012 Author Report Posted March 28, 2012 She had me go in and delete cookies and temp internet files. They totally redid the website for MyATX, and apparently I haven't been on there since they did it because it looked nothing like the old one, at least on the splash page. Quote
