I couldn't figure out the sequence of events that could have allowed it to happen, but in my case it involved divorced parents and I only had access to one of the parent's information. Quote

DevM Posted March 27, 2012 Report Posted March 27, 2012 I have had that happen last year for a client. We called NY Tax Dept and there was an error with Tax Dept. They knew they had a problem and fixed it over the phone. Call them. Quote
