taxing8 Posted January 20, 2008 Report Posted January 20, 2008 Tried transmitting my first return and got an error message that my ATX customer number is not authorized to transmit. I have paid for 1040 Office which allows me to transmit. How do I fix? No one is home at ATX to take phone call today... Thanks.
