Another Transmission in progress problem

This afternoon I tried to received acks by using the e-file function. However, the sever stopped working and the software dead. In that case I restarted the computer then ATX. Next time I tried to received acks there comes a comment saying "another transmssion is in progress. Please wait until it finishes." Any ideas for this error?

Had this last year, hate to say it but you gotta give support a call. took them a while to drill into the correct file and delete is on my system.
