If my bookkeeper is logged on to the office computer and running ATX, does she control the computer so that I can't use it?

My bookkeeper is going to start working out of her home. We use ATX for tax preparation and her computer in the office is a networked workstation. Is there any way she can be set up as a workstation from her home?
