I have 12.6 update installer saved. Do you want it?

What internet browser are you using? I tried to download manual update of the program using internet explorer 8 and got error message. Then I used Firefox 18.0.2 and it worked.

I have Internet Explorer 8.

I use adobe pro to make .pdf files. They are 5 to 10 times smaller size files than the .pdf files ATX makes.

Have never heard wonky. Must be a highly technical computer term.

I have tried hourly since yesterday afternoon but the website seems inaccesible. When I click on the download on the ATX support site it tries to copy that file to my computer for 5 - 10 minutes then says "Internet Explorer cannot download ATX2012.Update.12.6.exe from az393887.vo.msecnd.net. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." I tried going directly to the website but Explorer said it could not be found. I even tried calling ATX support. It was pretty funny. I called at 6:30 am and got a busy signal. Go figure. A support number with a busy signal.

Does anyone who downloaded the 12.6 update file still have that file (atx2012.update.12.6.exe)? If so, could i get it from you? Please contact me. I have a way that makes it possible for me to get it from you. Thanks.

Did anyone ever figure out how to solve this problem? I have two 2011 returns to file and if I put in an 8879 sign date in 2013 ATX will not create the efile. If I put in a 2012 sign date the return is rejected by agency.

I will match whatever they are paying you to promote their software if you will stop posting about it.

There is a user manual that came with the program. It is a .pdf file. I know we all have said this but it is the first time I have used this line.

One of the first things I do when i get a new computer is make it so it displays hidden files. You have to be very careful to leave those files alone.
